If your uploaded file is against our rules, we will delete it.
If you don't accept these rules, you aren't allowed to use Fileoo.com.

Furthermore, Fileoo isn't responsible for uploaded files. We can't guarantee, that uploaded files are free from Viruses or Trojan Horses.

Files that aren't allowed:

Files showing child pornographic content.

All kinds of illegal content. Illegal content is for example unlicensed material, illegal MP3 or video files, or all other files that break the rules in the USA.

If we find such material, we will remove it from our servers and report it.
